At Biocare Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
